Reservation Details:

Age Restriction: All guests must be 21 or older.

Entry Requirement: All members of your party must arrive together before accessing the rooftop. The table package includes complimentary admission for the specified number of guests.

Reservation Hold Time: Your reservation will be held until 11:00 PM. If you expect a late arrival, please let us know in advance to avoid cancellation.

Deposit & Cancellations:

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This will be applied to your final bill on the night of your visit.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of your deposit (minus website processing fees). Failure to arrive will result in a $250 charge to the card on file.

Service Charge & Gratuities: A 20% service charge will be automatically added to your final bill. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.

Dress Code & Policies:

Dress Code: TEAK Rooftop enforces an upscale dress code to maintain a positive and fun environment for all guests. To ensure the best experience, we do not allow:

• Athletic wear

• Sunglasses

• Shorts, flip-flops, work boots

• Hats, sweatshirts, hoodies

• Tank tops, jerseys, cut-off shirts

• Baggy clothing, overly ripped clothing, soiled clothing

• Offensive prints or overly revealing attire

• Illegal paraphernalia or weapons

• Entry Denial: TEAK Management and security teams reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to the dress code or whose behavior is deemed inappropriate.

Important ID Requirements: Out-of-state IDs require two additional forms of identification for entry.

Reservation Confirmation: Once your deposit is received, your reservation will be finalized and your booking confirmed.
