By booking a VIP table at Exchange LA, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

✅ 21+ Only – All guests must be 21 or older with a valid, government-issued photo ID. Digital IDs are NOT accepted.

✅ Entry Discretion – Exchange LA reserves the right to deny entry for any reason, including but not limited to:

✅ A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be credited to your final bill.

✅ All deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

✅ Your minimum spend does NOT include:

✅ Bottle Service Check-In – Located on Spring St., to the right of the main doors.

✅ Arrival Time: We recommend arriving one hour after the event start time.

✅ Table Release: Tables not checked in by one hour after the event start time may be resold.

✅ The cardholder and matching ID must be present at check-in.

✅ Full minimum spend order must be placed upon arrival.

✅ Separate Arrivals? Guests must provide your full reservation name at the podium to be escorted to the table.

✅ Extra Guests? Additional guests beyond the package allocation will incur a $100-$200 per person charge added to your minimum spend.

✅ Pro Tip: Contact your bank before arrival to ensure a smooth checkout process and avoid delays when placing your order.
