Minimum Spend

All table reservations must meet the specified Minimum Spend, which is listed as the "Price" at the time of booking. The Minimum Spend applies to both food and beverage purchases, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. It does not cover taxes, venue fees, or staff gratuity. Guests may exceed the Minimum Spend, with any additional charges required to be settled on-site during the reservation.

Advance Deposit & Processing Fee

A 25% deposit (the "Advance Deposit") of the Minimum Spend is required at the time of booking. In addition, a non-refundable 5% processing fee (the "Processing Fee") will be charged per reservation.

The Advance Deposit will be applied toward the final bill on the reservation date.
Guests must present the same payment method used for booking upon check-in. If unavailable, an alternative payment method must be provided before entry.

Final Charges on Reservation Date

The following charges will be applied on the day of the reservation:

Actual Spend – Any additional spending beyond the Minimum Spend.
Sales Tax – Currently 8.625% of the Actual Spend (subject to change).
Venue Fee – 5% of the Actual Spend.
Gratuity – A suggested 18% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

The Advance Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The Processing Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Age Restriction

All guests must be 21+ and present a valid, government-issued photo ID (not expired) upon entry, in accordance with New York State Liquor Authority regulations.
