MINIMUM SPEND

All table reservations will be required to meet the specified table minimum amount (the ‘Minimum Spend’), noted as the ‘Price’ of the booked reservation. The Minimum Spend does not include applicable taxes, venue fees or staff gratuity. Actual spend may be greater than the booked minimum requirement in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages purchases on the date of the reservation. Any overages will be required to be paid onsite on the date of your reservation.

Credit card used at purchase must be presented, along with matching valid photo ID, by the card holder upon entry. If any of the card holder, credit card, or matching valid photo ID are not present, entry will not be allowed. Purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Seeking a chargeback for sales to this event may result in ticket cancellation and refusal to honor future pending sales from the credit card the chargeback was initiated on. Events are subject to change without notice.

Advance Deposit and Processing FeeA deposit of 25% (the 'Advance Deposit') of the Minimum Spend will be charged at the time of booking. In addition to the Advance Deposit, a non-refundable processing fee of 5% per deposit reservation (the 'Processing Fee') will also be charged at the time of booking. The Advance Deposit will be applied towards the guest’s final bill on the Reservation Date. At the time of check-in on the Reservation Date, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment for his or her table/location.Actual Spend, Tax, Venue Fee, and GratuityAll reservations will be charged the following on the Reservation Date:* Actual Spend: The guest will be charged the balance of the Actual Spend.* Sales Tax: The guest will be charged sales tax, which is currently 8.625% and subject to change, on the Actual Spend.* Venue Fee: The guest will be charged a venue fee of 4% of the Actual Spend.* Gratuity: Suggested server gratuity of 18% is calculated into the "Cancellation and Refund Policy:* Advance Deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances* Processing Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Must be 21+ to enter with valid photo ID.All guests must show a VALID (NOT EXPIRED), government issued ID in compliance with the requirements and guidelines of the New York State Liquor Authority
