All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted.
No-shows will not receive a refund.
Processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Credit card used at purchase must be presented, along with matching valid photo ID, by the card holder upon entry. If any of the card holder, credit card, or matching valid photo ID are not present, entry will not be allowed.
All guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID.
Guests must adhere to the dress code.
No alcohol permitted on premises other than that served by the licensed vendors of this event.
Entry is per doorman's discretion. Sky Waikiki reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
SKY Waikiki reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to those who have a sign of intoxication or excess amount of alcohol consumption for safety purpose.
The latest arrival time for parties with table reservations is 10 PM sharp unless prior arrangements are made.
Any tables that do not arrive by 10PM without notice or communication will be resold to any waiting parties and will be charged per the venue's discretion.
