· All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted.

· Credit card used at purchase must be presented, along with matching valid photo ID, by the card holder upon entry. If any of the card holder, credit card, or matching valid photo ID are not present, entry will not be allowed.

· All guests must arrive together. Additional party members will not be allowed to check-in on behalf of the cardholder

· Any deposit will go towards your beverage minimum spend, excluding tax, service & fees

· All guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID

· Guests must adhere to the dress code. You may bring a small tote for personal items, however, please be advised that security will check bags upon entry, to ensure crowd safety. No outside food or beverages will be allowed on property. You will be asked to dispose of any such item. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stole items.

· Management reserves all rights to decline entry to any personnel.

· Any additional guests that are not accounted for in the pre-paid agreement will be subject to paying “Day of” ticket fees, and/or an increase in the minimum table spending.
