Terms & Conditions

· All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are permitted.

· Credit card used at purchase must be presented, along with matching valid photo ID, by the cardholder upon entry. If any of the cardholder, credit card, or matching valid photo ID are not present, entry will not be allowed.

· All guests must arrive together. Additional party members will not be allowed to check-in on behalf of the cardholder.

· All guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID.

· Guests must adhere to the dress code. The dress code is New Years Eve Classy. While it is not strictly enforced, guests are kindly asked to refrain from wearing shorts or flip-flops.

· You may bring a small personal item such as a purse. However, please be advised that security will check bags upon entry to ensure crowd safety. No outside food or beverages will be allowed on property. You will be asked to dispose of any such items. The hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

· Management reserves all rights to decline entry to any personnel.

· Any additional guests not accounted for in the pre-paid agreement will be subject to paying “Day of” ticket fees and/or an increase in the minimum table spending.
