All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted.

No-shows will not receive a refund.

Processing fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Credit card used at purchase must be presented, along with matching valid photo ID, by the card holder upon entry. If any of the card holder, credit card, or matching valid photo ID are not present, entry will not be allowed.

Guest must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented at the door. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-United States issued identification must be accompanied with valid passport to be presented at the door to gain entry into the venue.

Guests must adhere to the dress code.

No alcohol permitted on premises other than that served by the licensed vendors of this event.

Entry is per doorman's discretion.

Thank you for booking your Flugtag celebration at Jackson’s! Here are a few details to know prior to arrival.

Reservation Check-In: Table, or Cabana Reservation party host must be present for group to check in. Check in spans beginning at 10am-1pm. Failure to check in by 1pm will result in reservation being released without refund. Credit cards used at purchase must be presented, along with matching valid photo ID, by the card holder upon entry. If any of the card holder, credit card, or matching valid photo ID are not present, entry will not be allowed. All bags are subject to inspections by security. No outside food or beverages are permitted. All Guests at cabana or table reservation must be at least 21 years of age with a valid government issued ID to be presented. Copies or paper identification will not be accepted. Non-United States issued identification must be accompanied with valid passport to be presented at the door to gain entry into the venue.

Cancellations/No Shows: All sales are final. Processing fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. Seeking a chargeback for sales to this event may result in ticket cancellation and refusal to honor future pending sales from the credit card the chargeback was initiated on.

Venue Policies: Venue reserves the right, including without limitation, to cancel, suspend, or modify the event, reservation or ticket at its sole discretion. Venue reserves the right to refuse entry to guests for any reason, including but not limited to underage patrons, visible intoxication, client presenting a danger to himself or herself. Management, at its sole discretion, may assess an additional cleaning fee in the minimum amount of $150 or more for any damage that may occur to any furnishings, surfaces or flooring within the venue caused by biohazards or other, which may require more than routine cleaning.

Dress Code: Appropriate attire required, please no revealing, or offensive clothing.
