There are no refunds on bottle service for any reason once the bottle(s) are brought to table.
The person whose name is on reservation must check in before other guests.

When you get bottle/table service you are paying the venue a premium for food, bottles, mixers, and most importantly table space/real estate. Mixers are pretty standard across the board – cranberry, orange juice, tonic water, limes/lemons, etc. If you want energy drinks, pineapple juice or bottled water you’ll have to pay extra (but that amount is counted towards your minimum). In addition to bringing out the bottles, your server also helps you order food, make drinks, pour shots, refill your mixers, remove used items, etc. Each table booking has a minimum spend – that is, the amount you need to spend on food and beverage to have the table. The minimum can be quoted as a number of bottles or a minimum dollar amount. The minimum that you are quoted NEVER includes tax/tip – which you can estimate to be about 25%. The minimum spend on each table varies based on a number of different factors:

Holidays
Day of the week – minimums are almost always higher on Fridays/Saturdays
Busy nights = big minimums
Table location – the closer you are to the action, the more you’ll have to pay
Number of people in your party – you might want a 1k table but the 1k min might only come with 6 comps – to add more people you’ll have to increase your minimum

Bottle service reservation terms and table(s) may be cancelled if party does not arrive at or before 10:45pm. All guests must be in dress code, no exceptions. Dress code for MIA info can be found at @mianightclubfresno on Instagram. Table location is based off time of booking, pre-paid and/or proper arrival time. Bottle prices and availability may be subject to change at anytime for any reason. If you exceed the stated amount of guests for your reservation, additional guests will be charged going cover charge rate or table minimum may be raised. Bottle service line and privileges end at 11:30pm nightly.
