Here’s everything you need to know regarding payments, check‑in, and event policies:

💰 Payment Schedule
There will be three payments total:

Deposit: Due at the time of booking
Second Payment: Due January 31st
Final Payment: Due February 28th
If payments are not made by their due dates, your reservation will be canceled, and all payments made will be forfeited.

Section Fees does not go towards your minimum.

Please note: NO REFUNDS.

Pre‑paying for bottles is highly recommended, as pricing at the venue cannot be guaranteed.

An automatic 10% gratuity will be required by the venue—please be prepared to cover this upon arrival.

📍 Arrival & Check‑In
Upon arrival, Stephanie will be at the front of each event to assist with check‑ins and table reservations.

Please bring:

The original debit card used for booking
A valid photo ID that matches the cardholder’s name
If either is missing, entry will not be permitted.

All bags are subject to search. No outside food or beverages are allowed.
