1. General admission is not included with your table reservation.

2. Please be aware that for concerts and special shows, this arrangement may vary and is subject to change.

3. Kindly ensure that the host of the reservation party checks in within 2 hours after doors open. Failure to do so will result in the release of the reservation without any refund.

4. A mandatory 20% service charge, in line with industry standards, will be added to the final total check amount, and will be credited to your bill upon arrival. The remaining balance can be settled on-site when you are seated at the table. Additionally, any additional gratuities or tips are at the discretion of the customer
The full amount of the table's minimum spend agreement will be applied toward consumption. Please be aware that no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portions

5. NO SHOW POLICY: Failure to appear for your scheduled reservation will result in a 100% NON-REFUNDABLE charge. We reserve the right to retain the entire deposit and payment in full

6. Management, at its sole discretion, may impose an additional cleaning fee of at least $150 for damages to furnishings, surfaces, or flooring within the venue resulting from incidents that necessitate more than routine cleaning.
