📜 VIP Table Package – Terms & Conditions

By booking a VIP table at Day Trip in the Park, you agree to the following:

📌 General Policies

✅ 21+ Only – All guests must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Digital IDs are NOT accepted.

✅ Entry Discretion – Day Trip reserves the right to deny entry for any reason, including:

• Underage patrons

• Visible intoxication

• Safety concerns

• Dress code violations

💳 Deposits & Payments

✅ A 20% deposit is required to reserve your table and will be refunded to the original payment method within 72 hours after the event—only if the reservation is fulfilled.

✅ Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

✅ Minimum spend does NOT include:

• 13% Service Charge

• 9% Admin Fee

• 9.75% Sales Tax

• $75 Entertainment Fee

✅ All sales are final, and reservations are non-transferable.

📍 Check-In & Arrival

✅ Bottle Service Check-In – Follow signs to the designated check-in line.

✅ Recommended Arrival: By 3:30 PM

✅ Table Release: Tables not checked in by 5:45 PM may be released or resold.

✅ The cardholder and matching ID used to book the reservation must be present at check-in.

🍾 Table Service & Guests

✅ You must place your entire minimum spend order with your server upon arrival.

✅ Separate Arrivals? Guests must provide your full reservation name at the podium to be escorted to your table.

✅ Additional Guests? Anyone beyond your package allocation will be charged $150–$200 per person, added to your minimum spend.

🚪 Day Trip reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest in violation of the venue’s policies or safety standards.
