The Venue has a prepaid reservation program with the following requirements:

All Guests must be Twenty-One (21) years old or over and have valid ID available for verification at the Venue entrance.

All Prepaid Reservations come with a Food (no food after 9:45p) and Beverage minimum purchase (“Prepaid Minimum”) of __________ Dollars ($xxx). The Prepaid Minimum does not include applicable taxes and/or gratuity. The Prepaid Minimum is valid for admission of up to ____ (# ) guests.

No food or alcohol permitted on Venue premises other than that served by the Venue.

Entry is at the venues' discretion and all parties must be in appearance code.

The Venue reserves the right to cancel or change reservations if necessary. If the Venue cancels a Prepaid Reservation and it is not rescheduled to a mutually acceptable date, the Guest will receive a refund.

Cancellation of Prepaid Reservations by Guests are nonrefundable.

All offers set forth on the Venue website are void where prohibited by law. The information contained in the Venue website may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors or omissions. The Venue reserves the right to make changes, corrections and improvements to the website, and to the products, services and programs described on the website, at any time, without notice.
